Dr Keeton is THE best Dr. we have dealt with in the entire state of Michigan. What the reviews say about some of the other staff however is unfortunately true. There was at least one technician that was no good.

I’ve had good experiences so far. Getting Gestational Diabetes was a tough and reading reviews made me very nervous but everyone has been nice and informative. The ultrasound tech (I feel terrible I don’t remember her name but started with an A) was nice. Quick but informed us of all that was happening. Dr. green was extremely nice and broke everything down for me. Reassured me when I was obviously upset about the situation. I appreciated her answering all my questions and everything.

Front desk staff was good, however, the technician & office manager were terrible. I was rushed into the room from the moment they called my name, the technician was beyond rude to my Husband & I, to the point that I had to ask for someone else to scan me/our baby. I've never experienced a feeling of fear for my safety, like I did at this appointment. The office manager came in shortly after to question me as to why I asked for another tech (equally as rude as tech.). I told her that I wasn't comfortable being scanned by someone that spoke to & treated high risk patients like that. I further explained it was scary enough being there, let alone someone bullying you upon in the first 10 minutes of an appointment. I reported this to my OB/GYN who sits on the board at IHA Canton. Not a patient-friendly environment. As a physician myself I would never treat patients how I was treated there by the office staff. I went for an 2nd trimester ultrasound and was told prior to the ultrasound that I could not have children present at the ultrasound itself. They mentioned nothing about not allowing children in the office building. My husband and daughter arrived with me and were told that they had to leave because seeing a child is “triggering” for the other patients trying to conceive. Well, everyone was a child at one point, what sense does that make? My husband and I live over 2 hours away from Ann Arbor and he drove me to my ultrasound appointment and we had to take our daughter with us because we did not have a sitter. Had to come for a 20 week anatomy scan, and then because not everything was able to be seen, I had to come back & then again had to return to finally get the last image needed. The receptionist staff was all friendly and pleasant to deal with multiple times. The scheduling can be tricky because they do book very fast & are a pretty busy office. The first Sonographer I had initials were MI, was not friendly at all. I found her to be quite rude not to mention she was pressing incredibly hard on me that it was hurting me but just kept telling me she needed to get the pictures. For my return appointment I requested another sonographer, that request was accomodated. I got Sarah that time and she was SO nice. Truly so personable, informative & truly brought some relief after the first experien
