Scheduled a new patient appointment; the soonest they had was 6 months out. After 5 months they texted me that an earlier appointment was available, so I accepted it. The text said my earlier appointment was confirmed. Then they canceled the earlier appointment without notifying me. I noticed on MyChart that I didn't have any upcoming appointments, so I called to inquire. They said they've already given away my original appointment to someone from the waitlist and there's nothing they can do about it. Bad customer service all around; and I haven't even been in the office yet. Beware of accepting an earlier appointment! Better yet, go somewhere else.

Dr Platte is the absolute best doctor I've had. She listens to your concerns and addresses everything you'd like to discuss. She's kind and compassionate, you don't get that much anymore. Thank you!!

Not a patient here, thankfully. Was in the waiting room while my fiance was being seen and the admin staff could be heard laughing loudly, repeatedly. Then a patient came in and found out his appointment was actually on another day and they made fun of him after he left, saying he was dumb. Then they got in to a whole conversation about a coworker they cant stand. Unprofessional.

I just moved to the area and was trying to find a doctor. There is one at this location that people seem to like so I used their website to set up an appointment yesterday. I got a confirmation email and my appointment was showing on MyChart so I thought I was all good. I checked MyChart today and the appointment is gone and I received no email or phone call or anything indicating my appointment was canceled. I tried calling them thinking maybe something was up with the app but can’t get through. The phone just either plays hold music or rings endlessly. Not a good first impression at all and I won’t be seeing a doctor here.

I've been coming to see Dr. Platte for several years. She's helped me through many challenges with my health. She's always been patient, understanding, helpful, and encouraging. As my PCP, she's been integral in improving my quality of life. The staff here has always been respectful, efficient, and trustworthy. Overall, it's the best primary care facility I've ever been treated at.
