Trinity Health Emergency Center - Rockford

I've had a wonderful doctor here and I was admitted to the hospital because of her care. There were attentive nurses that took car of me, and I had the best experience considering the circumstances. My last visit was several months later and I had a different dr. To say that experience was different is an understatement. I was referred in by my nurse hotline due to the severity of my symptoms. I was out in an hour because my bloodwork was good, even though I clearly wasn't okay. The vibe was "if you're not dying why are you here?". Leaving four stars because of my first experience. I know wonderful people that care work there.

This location was wonderful when needed! The wait was short, the staff was amazing, they asked me questions and cared about me and what I had going on. Knowing that they are 24/7, I would go back there again for any of my urgent/emergency needs and recommend this location to friends and family.

Super efficient and accommodating. Very thankful for the excellent service in the wee hours of Christmas morning!

I live in a town where Corewell came in and tore down our hospital. We all loved our hospital and I hate to give Corewell any of my business. Especially when all of their facilities have horrible ratings. My husband had a painful kidney stone so we tried this new location about 45 minutes from our home. Not only is the facility beautiful but they people are so loving and kind. I don't know how it is when it's packed but we were in a room in about 5 minutes. The receptionist was wonderful, the nurses were great and the doctor (Byron maybe?) Was absolutely awesome. We found our new ER and I'm so thankful.

My 1 year old was seen in the very early hours this morning at the emergency room and the care they showed was amazing! We were checked in fast and in a room within 10 minutes and he was seen right away. All the staff we encountered were kind and efficient, thank you for the kindness and care with my little man. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone.
