Trinitas Regional Medical Center

I do not recommend this hospital at all. I have had multiple negative experiences here, especially in the Emergency Department. During my most recent visit, I went in with a very strong viral illness and severe body pain to the point I felt like I was going to faint. I was ignored for long periods, treated poorly, and shown very little empathy. This is not the first time this has happened. On a previous visit, I was actively bleeding and was dismissed and laughed at until a large blood clot fell in the hallway. Even then, no one took immediate action or placed me on a stretcher. The staff’s attitude is cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. One physician even told me I would “feel like garbage” for the next week, which was completely inappropriate. The best advice I give is to not send a child or adult to this hospital for any mental health services. The psychiatrist and court connected to this hospital have no idea how to help patients improve or they do not care and just want a rotation of patients for the insurance payment. Do not leave your relatives with clothes that you want back because they will lose them and not provide a missing item form. They just shrug their shoulders.

I was here for an evaluation last week because my school had sent me due to not having medication and having depressive episodes. Everyone was nice and supportive but the only issue was the screener. My screener had talked to my mom and I in separate spaces. When my mom came back, she told me that my screener didn’t think I needed medication. He thought I needed church. I was very disappointed and offended. Don’t get me wrong, he was a nice guy! But I don’t appreciate him sneakily handing over him and his wife’s number for church services. I kept a smile on my face and went along with everything but I don’t think I got the help that I needed. Especially because I’m a high schooler running around with no medication and is experiencing very severe side effects. I do not remember his name unf

Excellent service from start to finish. The physicians and nursing staff were outstanding and attentive. We felt genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived for the procedure until the time we left. Thank you RWJBarnabas Health

Dr Yanni recently performed an Endoscopic Rhizotomy at Trinitas Medical center on me. When I first read the Google reviews of Trinitas, I was sceptical but I'm here to tell you the staff, Administrations, and especially the nurses were nothing short of amazing! They were extremely friendly and courteous, made me feel like I was part of their family. The Hospital was clean, efficient and comfortable. I'd like to acknowledge the Nurses and Staff, especially Lala, Maria, Matt, Rachel, Edith, and Celia. (Forgive me if I forgot some other wonderful folks) I have no idea where some of these negative reviews come from. THESE NURSES TRULY CARE AND WORK VERY HARD. God bless you all!!
