To be honest, I feel extremely grateful for the care I received from Dr.enManuel. Thank you so much for treating me so well. I've been to many places and they haven't solved my problem, and I truly feel more than satisfied. This is one of the best places I've ever been to, and I'm extremely satisfied with their service. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Emmanuel, for taking care of me and helping my children. I'll truly return because of the help you gave me and because you're such a kind person. Thank you.

Emmanuel and Roxanna at the urgent care were absolutely excellent from start to finish. Their professionalism and calm demeanor immediately set a positive tone during what could have been a stressful visit. Emmanuel was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. He took the time to explain each step clearly, which made the experience feel organized and reassuring. Roxanna was equally outstanding, providing compassionate care and demonstrating a high level of expertise. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for patient comfort truly stood out. The receptionist was well educated, courteous, and extremely efficient. The service overall was fast, seamless, and impeccable, making this urgent care experience one of the best I’ve had.

The service I experienced at this AFC Urgent Care was exceptional! The ease of making an appointment online, to being checked in by Samantha, to being evaluated by Yessinia and being treated by Cynthia couldn’t have been better!! Cynthia knew exactly how to treat my issue. My issue was resolved and I left feeling much better. Each staff member was professional and personable. The facility is organized and very clean. I am fortunate to be under good care in Chicago where i live and had an urgent matter. The care I received here was top notch!!

I visited this urgent care on February 20, 2026, and had an excellent experience. Dr. Emmanuel and his staff were truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Dr. Emmanuel took the time to listen, made me feel safe and comfortable, and ensured all of my concerns were addressed. I am incredibly grateful for the attention and support he provided. It is rare to find a physician who combines medical expertise with such compassion. I highly recommend this urgent care facility. I only wish all doctors provided the same level of care and dedication.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. Roxanna Billingual was amazing—she explained everything clearly and thoroughly, which really helped put me at ease. She was patient, caring, and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown.
