Triborough Medical Urgent Care

I give 3 stars because I got in and I got out. Me and my fiance went to get tested for C-19. (Not so rapid testing) We came to this place 9:30am yesterday and it's now 5pm today and no results. I can see some of the complaints I've been reading and it kind of fit the criteria. Disrespectful staff, open when it want too, Doctors playing sick from work and all happening across the street from A housing complex. If Good Times was rebooted today, I'm sure this place would be A 2part episode. Sad when the place that suppose to give you care don't care.

Very unprofessional. Outside the clinic it says they open at 8am but they open when they feel like opening. I arrived there at 10 am and the gates were down. But the door gate was up. When I walked in the front desk person was eating their breakfast sandwich and talking with his mouth full. When I told him I'm here to see a doctor he said he's not here. I asked when will the doctor arrive. He answered, "I don't know. Maybe 10:10, 10:30, 11:00" and continued to eat his breakfast sandwich. Then, I asked what time do you open. As he was chewing he answered "9 but sometimes we come late." Pretty much they just roll in there when they feel like it. At this point I just walked out. If you're sick don't bother going there!

Did a pcr test with my husband was the first one seen they have signs everywhere in the office saying 24 hour result LIES , have us waiting going on 48 hours now . Open when they feel like , has rude front desk , doctors not wearing a weak like covid is not at its highest , they disconnect or dont even to bother to pick up the phones lol . Im sad i have to give it one star i wouldve give this place any !

I first approached the clinic to see if it was opened, because the gates was closed. I man answered so I said great you opened. Went to get the patient(who had the flu) to come here to get treated. Ring the bell 9 times and called the number 5 times no one answered. This needs to be closed or New management. This was on April 8th at 11:30am. It is sad that you can't rely on a clinic to be of assistants. We ended up going to another one they was excellent. I commented on theirs. Please close this or get new people.

Too bad I had to give this place any stars. It opens at 8 and I go in at 9:50. I wasn't greeted and when I asked to see the doctor I was told that she wasn't in yet. I asked what time will she be in she tells me 10, 10:30 the latest. I asked to sign in and the receptionist tells me no because the doctor isn't in, I can sign in when I come back. I respond with its 9:50 why would I leave her response was ok Ms whatever.
