Triborough GI: Bronx

This is a review I really looked forward to writing. First let's talk about making my appointment. I made my appointment online, easy and seamless. I was able to select an appointment time and provider of my convenience. Second, upon arrival the office staff each greeted me with a smile and acknowledged my presence. All the staff and when I say all the staff...., all the staff showed loving kindness towards me. They were engaging and made me feel welcomed. I have extremely high expectations when selecting a doctor for my care so when I say I'm LOCKED IN, I'm locked in. I wish I went months ago when I was initially referred. If you are mean, grouchy, angry, unhappy, unkind, uncaring or overall hateful person who's looking to find a REASON to be upset....then this is not the place for YOU!

Except for one individual, the staff was professional and courteous. The staff took time, listening to me and answering all of my questions. I arrived early and my wait was brief. Dr. Peysin's medical assistant was patient, considerate and professional. She made certain Dr. Peysin's plans and directives were fully understood. Dr. Peysin was informative and took the necessary time to answer my questions before developing a treatment plan that we both agreed with.

The Doctor with his staff show me great care and kindness, I was pleased and impressed. Superior customer service since day one. I wish I could give more than five. Keep it up please. Thanks a million for making me feel great and very hopeful.

Today, I had the colonoscopy done with Dr. Prateek in the bronx. He kept me well informed what was the process on my first consultation and made me feel comfortable. The day of the colonoscopy, Dr. Prateek and his team were supportive, made me feel safe throughout the whole procedure. He spoke to me after the procedure of his findings and making me feel I will be alright. I am ready to go to work tomorrow.

First time there for 2nd opinion with Dr Peysin. Front office staff were courteous. Dr listened, was able to answer all of my questions and offered his opinion/suggestion re how to proceed forward which made sense to me. So far am very satisfied.
