Tribeca Pediatrics

I’ve been a loyal parent at this practice for several years, but unfortunately, the growth of the office has come at a direct cost to the quality of care. What used to be a personal, thorough experience now feels like an impersonal assembly line. 3 stars coz some doctors are still good. The scheduling of the clinic is terrible. My main concerns: The "Favor" Mentality: Scheduling is a constant struggle. The staff often behaves as if they are doing patients a favor by seeing them. Double Standards on Time: If you arrive early, be prepared for a long wait. However, if you are a little late, they are quick to claim they are overbooked and turn you away. Rushed Evaluations: The care has become perfunctory. While my first child’s milestones were thoroughly evaluated, my second child’s check-

Dr. Babar is such a caring, friendly and knowledgeable pediatrician. She’s incredibly welcoming and personable at office visits. Whenever we are out of office and have a concern, she takes the time to call us. Our experience has been a 10/10 and we highly recommend her.

Tribeca pediatrics was a mixed experience. Let's start with the good: Its office in Hamilton Park is clean and the receptionists are nice. Usually the waits are relatively short, about 15-minutes with an appointment. There is a convenient online portal to make and change appointments. I haven't had any billing issues with them yet, but I only went for a few simple check-ups. Now for the not-so-goods: The examination rooms are all tiny pods. So, you feel like you are in cramped shared workspace. Parking can be a bit challenging in this area depending on the time you go. If your preferred doctor is unavailable, you have no clue in who you will get or be able to choose. This leads to my most important qualm; almost everytime I have visited Tribeca, I had to choose a different doctor.

We had an amazing experience at Tribeca Pediatrics. Check in was seamless and waiting time was very short. The entire team is courteous. Paedetrician is very knowledgeable and responded to our inquiries while providing advise on how best to care for our baby. Thank you

The pediatricians at this practice are hit or miss. So have to pick your doctor right. We took our daughter for her 18m well visit with Dr Quinones and he was giving our kid the second shot and he was supposed to hold her thigh still, which is what he said he would do and she moved and the shot scraped her thigh and it was bleeding. It’s pretty basic for doctors to know how to hold the leg still so they can give the injection. And it’s pretty standard to expect that kids will move especially on the second shot. So just poor skills. Will not be returning to him in the future. Dr Jessica O’Brien is better.
