I truly cannot say enough about how grateful we are to have Dr. Au as our son’s pediatrician. She has been caring for him since day one, and her kindness, patience, and gentle approach mean so much to us. She never makes us feel rushed and always takes the time to listen and make us feel welcome. My son absolutely adores her. We feel incredibly lucky to have her.

I loved this office until today. I scheduled a flu shot appointment for my toddler which I had to take him to daycare later to accommodate the appointment at 9:20am. As I got to the office at 9:15am the office isn’t even opened! The least the office can do is a courtesy call to cancel my appointment. What’s the point of their text reminder appointment when the office cannot even honor the appointment. This is just unacceptable as I wasted my morning to prepare for this visit. This review has nothing to do with the medical care but rather the business itself and how it handles their service. I called the main hotline and the operator mentioned that flu shot inventory is not even available! This makes it more upsetting to hear when I make an appointment just for a flu shot visit and not only

We just had our first check up visit with our newborn. Everything went good. The team couldn’t be more friendly. They allowed us to take our time to breastfeed our baby between procedures.

The MD is great with kids but several times, we would be led into the room and wait over half an hour, while I see other patients being called into rooms and several coming out of their rooms, we still continue to wait. When we ask the medical assistant how much longer, he always claim "soon" and we still wait another 20 minutes. He doesn't even come in to check in on us and inform us if the MD is running late with another patient.

This is a most friendly office I have ever been, everyone is so sweet and extremely kind ♥️ love it. The doctor so sweet with kids I appreciate you guys all thank you for such an amazing time 🙏🏼🥰
