Triangle Pharmacy

These people had a prescription for over a week and never once called to tell us that there was an issue with filling it. I just had to find out when I went to go pick it up. So they held on to it for a week instead of picking up the phone and calling us to inform them that they would not be filling it because it costs too much. Why wouldn’t you just call us? That way we could’ve gotten it transferred to a pharmacy that actually would fill it. If you have a an issue with one of your meds, don’t expect these folks to call you. Take your business somewhere else.

I arrived at Triangle Pharmacy and I was refused service after I verbally spoke with someone letting them know I was headed there. Whenever I arrived, the staff locked the doors, close the blinds and turned off the lights. The following day my sister prescription was given to another client that she did not authorize or know anything about—-now she is without her medicine (going on two weeks now) from this careless, senseless, malpractice error. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Me and my family have been going here for years since I was a little girl and I’ve never been treated this unfair and poorly until these new owners took over. All 3 of my experiences I’ve encountered here as been horrible, but this one is by far the worse and it’s sad to say these are the ones that peop

Very friendly and all have great attitudes was there from out of town and they were the only pharmacy that would fill my medications

The pharmacist is very nice, does all she can to help your situation. Always gives drug infomoration. All the techs are very friendly. Nice to have a hometown pharmacy that knows you by name and that cares.

Easy to talk obtain your medicine, friendly staff, nice atmosphere.
