Everyone was so nice and friendly. Looked you over good and gave their Comment on what you had. Explain the meds she was going to be receiving and I was done fast and easy probably didn’t even take 30 minutes. So I’ll give them a complete 10 on everything.

My driver went to this location to renew his medical card, and they assured him that all paperwork had been submitted to the DMV and that everything was in order. However, three months later, we discovered that the paperwork was never sent. As a result, his CDL has been suspended due to missing medical card information. We have been calling them for over a week requesting that the documents be sent, but nothing has been resolved. I am very disappointed. They are effectively playing with my driver’s record and his livelihood. This is a serious matter, not a game.

i usually never leave reviews because i’m not comfortable enough to write a negative one about a place i’m fond of but this place is hit or miss. most of the providers in this office are awesome including the nurses, but i went today and the entire staff, excluding the receptionist, they were not on their game. nurse seemed annoyed and ready to get out of the room and provider was mostly dismissive. i have a friend who is a nurse there and i wont be going back unless she’s on shift. just a bit of constructive criticism to the staff on shift on 12/09/2025, please do better and focus on your bedside manner. i was very uncomfortable at my visit as i felt like i was not the priority. no matter how your day is going, it is always important to put the patient first and make them feel comfortable

The PA, Matt was phenomenal and compassionate to my needs. The entire staff were so helpful.

Worst billing department I ever encountered. Everytime I take my children to premier urgent care in Jena they put in insurance wrong or file the claim wrong and then charge 250 2 months later without warning. This has happened to me 4 times. I will not be going back
