Triangle Pharmacy & Home Medical Equipment

I’ve been using Triangle Pharmacy for about 3 years and I’ve had the best experience. My most recent visit they went above and beyond to assist with an insurance issue. The environment is friendly and the staff cares. Highly recommend.

The pharmacy staff were friendly and quickly transferred my prescription. It’s so nice being able to easily get a hold of a pharmacy and talk with a real person.

Our original pharmacy sent us here when they went private. I'm so glad they did, the staff is the absolute best so friendly. My insurance was giving us a hard time wanting to cover my daughters meds, they got on the phone with her doctor and got it worked out. I greatly appreciate how hard they work for customers. Highly recommend them!

I've had two interactions with the new staff since the transition. The first time, I did not receive a notification on my phone that my script was ready, no problem. The staff was apologetic and still nice. The second time, I went in to pick up a script that should have been refilled 2 days prior, but it was not. Miss Iesha informed me that she could have it filled in less than 10 minutes, so I waited out in the car. When it was ready, she came out to my car, grabbed my ID and said, "you stay here, you already came inside once" my jaw was on the floor! She was extremely professional, friendly and helpful, and took care of the entire transaction for me while I sat in the car! I think there are always going to be people who are upset about change but you can't please everyone all the time.
