Triad Primary Care

I took my nephew for his first visit. The office was nice and quiet. We had the pleasure of seeing Mrs. Cora Kearley. She was very, nice and pleasant! She took the time to listen. She gets things done! Mrs. Kearley seems upfront and honest and we greatly appreciate that! We were in and out in good timing. My nephew was just as pleased! She made his first visit comfortable! The whole staff was nice! No complaints so far! We highly recommend! Thank you for making my nephew's visit quick and pleasant!

Originally, I did have a great first experience, but trying to get in contact with my doctor for an appointment a follow up call or something has not been a great experience so I’m looking for a new physician elsewhere.

DONT GO HERE EVER The nurse or Dr asst to Dr Erica cox is insanely rude and unprofessional , she yells at patients and gets mad when people respond the same way . Not only that but the office messed up my appointment & was going to stop seeing me without giving me any medication , that I’ve been on for 2 years everyday . This Dr office is lacking empathy, professionalism & organization. I’ve dealt with enough from this office & its sister office kernersville primary care .

Yeah this place is trash & they are soo unprofessional! Especially the front desk worker! Didn’t get greeted and still waited all to be told because I didn’t arrive 15 mins before the appointment I couldn’t be seen . lol it wasn’t about what was said it was the delivery! As if they were soo busy ! It wasn’t a soul in there maybe one or two! I just had a whole newborn a few minutes behind wasn’t going to hurt anyone! Do not recommend! And besides they look like they will go against HIPPA anyhow!

Hands-down, this was the best new patient experience I’ve ever had. I had been to this location years ago, but since the ownership switch, this was my first time back. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! The receptionist was amazing and had the best personality! The NP, Erica Cox, and her awesome assistant, Sam, were simply amazing! I even had an amazing experience having my blood drawn! The lady was so sweet and I didn’t feel a thing. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the new Triad Primary Care and I very much so highly recommend them! Update: after my first visit, I heard nothing from the practice about the approval of my medication, nor was a prior authorization completed by the practitioner.
