Triad Cosmetic Dentistry

As someone who didn't realize they'd all of a sudden have anxiety about getting a filling and two crowns, Dr. Brad has been so, so kind and accommodating, and EXCELLENT at calming my nerves. From beginning to end, phenomenal. I told him after he completed my filling, "Oh my word, you're AMAZING." And then told him again how excellent he was after completing my two crowns. He is so very good at what he does -and with compassion as the bonus I didn't know I needed. My word, I didn't know there were dentists out there like him.. 1000% recommend.

I have been going to Triad Cosmetic Dentistry for more years than I can remember! Dr. Keith McDonald was the very best and always put you at ease! I've had multiple surgeries, gum graphs, crowns, root canals. My palate cancer was found at one of my visits there! It was found early enough I did not have to have any treatments, just surgery. Now, I see Dr. Dan. He is as kind and easy going and professional as his dad. I also see Apri who is the BEST hygienist ever, she is kind, sweet and does an amazing cleaning. I don't mind going to the dentist, it's kind of like seeing extended family! 10 Stars!

As someone with advanced periodontal disease and bone loss, Dr. Whaley assured me braces was the right choice for me. WRONG! She and her team of assistants absolutely destroyed my mouth. My teeth are wiggly now. My mouth is in constant pain. My periodontal disease is extremely worse. She should have never put braces on my teeth. I'm starting to see a pattern of patients with the same issues rising from this practice. And yes, of course when I got upset- I was told I was no longer a patient. What are we supposed to do as patients? YOU TAKE OUR MONEY so easily I might add- MESS OUR TEETH UP- AND KICK US OUT!!! 😡🤬 Then we have to find another practice who can fix what this place messed up and in turn costing us tens of thousands more. Lawsuits should be coming. I hope they do! This is malprac

I moved here from Ohio, and found the Triad Cosmetic practice through a fortunate flyer that came in the mail. I'm so grateful to Dr. Brad and his staff, for their friendly, kind, and compassionate care for people like me who have a deep-seated fear of the dentist from less than happy experiences in childhood. Dr. Brad even did two crowns for me on the same day because I was leaving for a vacation, and he didn't want me to leave town with temporary crowns! Great practice with great people!

A very knowledgeable dentist great customer service. Everybody was very, very nice and respectful. Understood how important it was to save the mouth and my teeth and get me on a right plan. We would recommend this dentistry to anyone.
