MEDIQ Urgent Care

I took my 2 year old daughter here because she fell at the water park and wasn’t using her arm as much. They saw her for 2 seconds and recommended she go to atrium ED SO THEY COULD USE THE “child seat” to xray her arm. They charged me TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY NONE DOLLARS for that. I went to atrium ED with my daughter and was seen, then scanned her arm with a NORMAL XRAY with no problem and charged me as well. What has medical care become nowadays? Why when this urgent care had an xray machine on site would they charge me that much for NOTHING and send me where is me charged again? Why did you even take me back when you knew my complaint? ZERO STARS

I would definitely recommended this place to all my family and friends. The staff is awesome and the doctor was amazing too. If you have urgent care problem please come here, and you will thank me later.

Excellent service! We went in without a long wait. The staff was very good to work with. The doctor was great. They did the school medical exam, which many urgent cares don't. They listened to what we told them and respected our input. They were great to work with, and we came home very happy.

Traveling in High Point,NC from Central FL and needed to see a doctor. It was very easy to locate this Urgent Care facility near us and book a time online within 30 minutes. Saw the doctor at the set time exactly and was happy with his care.

Came in on a Sunday with a sinus infection. Was able to make my appointment online within the hour. They text me a link to submit my paperwork and insurance card info. Came into the office was seen and taken care of and less than 30 mins! Amazing service, friendly staff. Will definitely come back if needed.
