Triad Adult & Pediatric Medicine - Family Medicine at Arlington

I am absolutely thankful to be receiving services here; most of the staff are kind and attentive! I wanted to leave a review because I noticed that I was treated much better by one of the medical assistants compared to a patient who was not fluent in English. I understand that a language barrier can be difficult to navigate, but seeing how they treated a non-English speaker truly made me upset. Kindness goes a long way, and I believe that we need to treat everyone with respect, not with visible frustration and micro aggressions. I am leaving this review not to call anyone out, but simply to emphasize that everyone deserves to be treated with kindness. Aside from this, the TAPElm team is wonderful and I am thankful for the services they provide for the community 😊

Mrs Traci is my favorite nurse when I visit Triad adult and Pediatrics. She has a wonderful personality and she is very professional. She makes sure you are comfortable during your appointments. She makes sure you are seen on time and she gets it done with a smile❤️ Mrs Traci is a wonderful nurse who truly loves her job and comes to work because she loves helping people. That shows every time I see her she is such a true gem😌❤️

These ladies are amazing! Conscientious, professional, sensitive to my needs. They spent a long time walking me through everything and seeing me at ease. And so friendly and interesting as people!

This is a place that treats you like family. All the staff to include the nurses, administrators, and doctor Yaya are all very helpful and courteous. It's a wonderful place to go for your health needs.

Just needed them to check my veins and sign off on a paper for the plasma center. Was seen by Tamika and she refused to even look at my veins and said the plasma center can do it themselves. Don't waste your time going here.
