TRIA Orthopedic Urgent Care at Park Nicollet Maple Grove

Have only had great experiences over the past few years coming here for urgent care. There are people right as you walk in that direct you where you need to go. There is also small shop and cafe if you are waiting around. Using the online portal to “Save my spot” has been a fantastic way to reduce wait time at urgent care for our family. Doctors spend a reasonable amount of time explaining and answering questions.

My wife dislocated her knee and had to be evaluated here. The entire staff was excellent - thoughtful, caring, personable, and professional.

Saw the urgent care about once a month for 6 months for severe pain in my wrist. They didn’t know what to do and why I was having severe pain. They said X-ray looked normal and mri looked normal. I talked to the surgeon who said everything looks good and I’m probably just a slow healer. They sent me to occupational medicine who said I might need to deal with this pain for the rest of my life and I might need to find a different job. She then encouraged me to by random drugs online to help aid in my tissue strengthening. I then got a second opinion at twin cities orthopedics across the street. I used the same mri an xray that tria got, but twin cities orthopedics was able to tell me I have a torn tendon in my wrist. I will never be going back to park Nicollet urgent care!!!!

Front desk staff, nurses, and Dr. Schmidt were SO helpful in caring for my son with heel pain, and they did an EXCELLENT JOB putting the patient first when we came back with more questions after our initial appointment. Such a care-focused team.

I had a very pleasant experience at Urgentcare. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and efficient. Our nurse was very helpful and explained everything that she was doing and where we were going next. Our P.A. was very thoughrough and informative. She answered all of my questions. The staff at the lab were so friendly and helpful as well. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at TRIA Orthopedic Urgent Care.
