Tri-Valley Pharmacy

I have a autoimmune disease which led to complications with high blood pressure I can no longer afford those meds because of the loss of insurance, I had to have emergency surgery to remove my appendix surgery went well and I was discharged late in the afternoon after the pharmacy closed. The surgeon prescribed pain medication. I called the pharmacy the next day when they were open to see when my prescription was ready. The worker on the phone was very rude asking why I haven’t picked up my medication in a while. Who’s my new pharmacy and why I’m picking up only the pain medication there I said that I no longer take the previous medication because I cannot afford it. He said he would let me know when I can pick up my meds so later that day I got the text that my meds were ready, I went and

I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 25 years. After today will start using another pharmacy. New employee at register was young male. Lots of sarcasm. Complaining because a Christmas card I had the wrong envelope. Took a hissy fit. Then other employees seemed to be defending him without getting a clear explanation of what occurred. Will switch pharmacies starting today. With me arrogance will be me with arrogance!

Been a customer for many years. Over a decade as the rest of my family. New person working the window belittling my father for calling prior to coming to pick up meds to check on price and to see if they were ready for pickup. Trued to back track and say they never belittled him. After many years we are no longer using this pharmacy and will be letting other family know about this interaction. EDITED TO ADD it sounds like it was the owner/president of the pharmacy. What a disgrace!

On Saturday 8/9/25, the people working at this pharmacy were cruel to a disabled person in their time of need. If you have a choice, I recommend doing business anywhere else.
