Pine Grove Animal Clinic

Had me sitting for almost an hour. Took someone before me who came in after me. Needed to leave cause something happened at my job only I could fix atm. Instead of rescheduling like I asked they gave my baby girl medicine in the lobby like why couldn’t you just do that to begin with instead of having me wait. Was not expecting to be there that long considering my last vet took her in and took care of her and made her better in less than 30 min. You can tell this place is just money hungry cause they were asking to do the extreme on her.definitely gonna just make the trip to palmyra back to my old vet

We absolutely 💯 % trust the vets and staff at Pine Grove Animal Clinic they are always up front with you kind and caring to us and our precious Niko. They listen and give options based on what we are seeing.

I took my pet in as a semi-emergency case. I was impressed from the initial phone call to set up the appt, thru the exam, and all the way to checkout. I think their prices are on par with other vets.

Picts are before, after and all healed.My fur baby had a tumor on his eyelid that was steadily growing. Called here and was so suprised they accepted new patients..yaaay. As i had been trying to find my baby a vet. All the staff including the ladies at the front desk were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with my baby. Dr. Migliore was though with the exam and gave the option of letting it be and see how it does or surgical removal. We choose surgical removal and glad we did. As soon as my baby came out of anesthesia (I was worried as my baby never was sedated and is 9yrs old) He called and let me know marley was doing just fine. He warned me mars eye would look diff going forward but wouldn't impede his vision though. What an amazing job he did on my baby boys eye!!!! Even the stitching was beautifully

Girl hung up on me twice before taking my call. Demanded I get certain things I dont need and would charge me on top of what I needed. She was very nasty on the phone and then hung up on me.
