Been here a few times over the past few years - nothing but good experiences! It's located in a corner of downtown Livermore and has its own small parking area in the back. I've come here for 2 prescription checks and to purchase a pair of frames, and then for 2 adjustments on different pairs of glasses. When I got my prescription recently, the doctor did a thorough check and gave me tips on how I could maintain the health of my eyes. It's also extremely nice how they adjusted my glasses at no charge - once when the leg of my glasses fell off (the screw came loose), and once when my new pair of glasses were too tight and clamping the sides of my head. I have been with Tri Valley Optometry for many years. Always have great results. This week I stepped on my glasses and bent the frame. I took in the mangled frame and they fixed it free of charge!
