Tri-State Community Health Center

The front desk is understaffed and it's difficult to reach them even to simply schedule an appointment. Some of the girls are rude. One older nurse (Vicky) is extremely rude and rough with patients, even kids. The policies are ridiculous. They won't fax anything unless you sign a release form, which is inconvenient if you aren't near the office. They act as if it's illegal to access your own health record. Not to mention their filing system is still in the stoneage. Our entire family would go elsewhere if not for Kelli. We love her and she's the only reason we stay. If she ever leaves we are so gone!

This office only deserves one star because of Kelli Oswald. She is such an amazing doctor, and cares so much for her patients! She is the reason I’ve stuck with tristate! If it wasn’t for her this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I believe half the doctors got their license from a Cracker Jack box. The staff out front is so rude, they always have an attitude. you have to sit on hold for 30 minutes for a conversation that takes 1 minute. If you have to go on any medical leave, don’t. Waiting on the staff out front to fax anything. You will be waiting a LONG time!

Kelli Oswald is the best. I would 100000% recommend her to anyone. she is so smart, and she explains everything in ways anyone can understand. she knows how to make you feel safe and understood. she is so patient and caring. I love her. she's amazing.

I want to say the doctors are great, but as far as paperwork and answering the phone I always get put on hold. A few times I've been put on hold for up to 30 minutes. This has been recurring. Sometimes in the past they forget to call in prescriptions. I know this because I've called my pharmacy and verified they never received it. I like my doctor and keep going there because of them, but the other areas seem to have difficulty.

I was new to PA and felt so blessed to find the "hospitality of this office". I especially love they do not rush the visit. They actually take the time to get to know you. A special shout out to Kelly, Nurse Practitioner, you go girl! She most definitely has a spot in her heart,
