Tri Med Massage

I have been going to Tri-Med Massage regularly for over a year and Trina is amazing to work with! She is professional, intuitive and highly skilled. She is great to talk to and is a wealth of knowledge. Trina has provided information about good reads and strategies to do at home to continue making progress. Her combination of medical massage training, truly listening and her years of experience make her the best at what she does. Highly recommend!

Well I’ve been a massage therapist for 10 years now and this is the first time I’ve ever had a regular massage therapist of my own. Never really found one that I felt like was providing me with any benefit or relief. Trina has been a life saver working on all of my various issues that resulted from physical activity and some emotional holding I was doing. Trina is the most talented massage therapist! Her passion for helping her clients is clear, she customizes each massage to meet the needs of her client. I always get a different massage each time I see Trina, it depends on what I’m needing that day. I feel like I am at a private day spa when I am in her room, so relaxed and calm. From lymphatic release to help with my Lupus to regular deep tissue massage to soothe my muscles, she is the best there is!
