Kinney Drugs Pharmacy

I was going to change pharmacies from Walgreen's since they no longer accept my insurance. I called Kinney's to see if they accept my insurance before making the change. Molly answered the phone-she told me "they should" accept my insurance but they wouldn't know for sure until they received the script and billed for it. This seemed odd to me. I politely asked her if she was sure, or if there was someone else she could ask so I wasn't having all of my medication sent there for nothing. I'm not sure why that triggered her so much, but she hung the phone up. I called ScriptStop Pharmacy down the street-they were MUCH friendlier and helpful! Why do people choose to work in a retail/customer service environment if the slightest thing sets them off?

Went in the Whitesboro location at 6:30 PM to fill a pain meds prescription for my wife who broke her arm. Was told it won’t be filled that night. They closed at 8PM ! 4 people back there flapping their gums instead of working. After objecting, it was ready in 15 minutes ! What’s it take to count 30 pills and type the info for a label ! I will be changing pharmacies asap !

The pharmacy is AWESOME! Everyone so nice and helpful. Went to urgent care and was able to pick my prescription right up on the way home without having to wait forever.

always rude pharmacists, taking out the fact that they’re understaffed on customers (i wonder why). claimed my inhaler could not be filled until monday, it’s friday. i need that to breathe…

We pick up medications for my wife at Kinney Drugs. They are always very kind and compassionate. It’s quite obvious the negative reviews have never been a healthcare worker in any capacity. Medical workers in all professions aren’t in the field because they don’t care. Caring for people is their profession. The enormous pressure is beyond that of other jobs. So be kind and thank them for helping you.
