Tri County Urology

I've gone here for 15 years but the care has seriously declined. They believe xrays over cts and basically don't care if you're in pain for months. I urge anyone with painful kidney stones to choose someone else. I've been written off for months by these people even though my pain has sent me to the ER.

The only reason I gave Tri-County urology. A one star review is so I can actually leave a review. If I could leave a zero star review, I would have done so. I have never been more frustrated with a physicians office in my entire life. Aside from waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes to an hour before I get back into a room, only to wait another 20 to 30 minutes to see the doctor. This organization also has you coming for appointments when the doctors are here. Then they tell you 20 minutes after your appointment was supposed to start but the doctors not even in the building. I have never seen a Business operate more disorderly than this. If this were the doctors office and people relied on them, this organization would have folded years ago. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE!

If you are looking for a doctors office that answers questions and understands that you are making choices that effect the rest of your life this is not the office for you. It felt as if we were inconveniencing them by asking questions. The doctor literally asked "So am I prescribing this today or not", then when we asked if we could have a minute to decide. She says no, not really I have other patients. Never mind that they were 30 minutes late to our scheduled time. If you are making a decision that can effect the rest of your life, I would look for a different doctors office.

Dr Dona has taken care of me with my kidney stones for 15 years. He has been the only urologist I have seen that has taken all of my concerns seriously, and truly felt taken care of. I hope I never have to switch again!

Had to wait over 2 months just to have a consultation for a vasectomy and then was scedualed to have the procedure done at the local hospital after telling the nurse, urologist, and scedualing person that I wanted to do an in-office procedure because the difference in out of pocket cost would be over $1,000. This is a simple and relatively quick procedure that I have done a ton of homework on and put years of consideration into but because I'm under 35 and don't yet have children they are pulling out the stops to dissuade me. I will be making an appointment elsewhere. Re: Gave them a call fully intending to cancel my procedure and was able to be rescedualed for an office procedure. The scedualing person on duty was very understanding about my complaints and got everything streightened out
