I love the doctors here. But the service has gone downhill. My kids have been coming to this doctor for 18 years and this was my doctor’s office as well. Dr. Velez was my pediatrician Growing up. But as of late, it seems like they are always trying to push me off onto Fayetteville location, and I don’t want to go to the Fayetteville location I live in this area. I checked my son out today because his teacher was concerned about pink eye, I walked in, trying to see if he can be seen but every time it’s always they don’t have an appointment go to Fayetteville. She stated The Doctor stopped seeing patients at 10:45 and that they close at 12 for lunch. And there’s three cars in the parking lot why can’t you just have someone look at my son’s eye to see if it’s pink eye? I promise it would take

My daughter was seen recently at this office and the experience was def 5 star worthy! The office is clean and it was easy to make an appointment. At the time of visit Alex, Amy, Mary, and Dr. Singh were amazing! My daughter was made feel very comfortable with their friendliness and I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I recommend this place 100%!!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ms. Alex at the Riverdale location for her outstanding customer service. About six months ago, there were some challenges with the previous Medical Assistant—there was often a disconnect and a lack of professionalism. Since Alex has stepped in, everything has changed for the better. She’s consistently on top of things, communicates clearly, and takes initiative to ensure everything runs smoothly. It’s clear that she’s not only dedicated but also a natural leader. I truly appreciate her and the entire crew for all the hard work they do behind the scenes. Did I mention Alex is amazing? She’s truly giving “Office Manager” energy!

I have only come here for a few months but all the staff are amazing and really polite! I especially love how Dr.Reddy care about my son health and well being! For the wait time it not bad just call and press 2 for check in and they open the door right away the wait time only take about 10 min after you fill the paper online for check in. Although, now they leave the door open now which make it easier for me and my toddler. I love this pediatrician place and will continue to come here.

My children been going here since we moved to the area in 2014 all the way up to last year 2021 in December before we moved. Nurse Jackie and Dr. Singh have cared for all 4 of my children all these years and are the best there hands down! Very caring, informative, tries to gain understanding and perspective every time to get to the root of the problem! Front staff is pretty decent, definitely need a bit of phone help due to immediately being out on hold just about every time. Overall very friendly folks. The waiting room is open and spacious and then there's a smaller wait room for patients that aren't sick.
