On Sunday I received a text message that said I had an appointment scheduled with a doctor I’ve already told I no longer want to see. They never contacted me and idk about it until Sunday. The appointment was scheduled for this morning and the text said “cancelling your appointment without 48 hour notice and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee”. I literally had no choice so I call first thing yesterday morning. After being on hold for 45 minutes I requested a call back because I obviously had better things to do. Well after 2 hours I still hadn’t heard from them so I call again. This time for ONE HOUR AND FOUR MINUTES without anyone answering. So I had the idea “surely they don’t make new patients do this to schedule an appointment” so I called and selected the “new patient” option

Dr. Barrett- Harlow was great! She did not rush me through the appointment and provided very detailed information.

The urologist here ordered inferior imaging and a treatment plan that, according to other urologists, was not fitting for my condition. NEVER do exactly what a doctor orders without verifying first. I verified and now I'm getting proper treatment for me, elsewhere.

The nurse was very nice, overall could have been better if the receptionist put down her phone and welcome clients. Even upon leaving I was just given a card with a date, no question if the date was convenience or options for different dates..

My grandmother had a new patient visit with NP Anastasiya Drogoul in March 2025 to inquire about a Foley catheter piedmont Henry hospital had left in without much explanation to our family. We were told to follow up with urology who would take it out (soonest appointment was over a month and a half out). Upon entering the office my grandmother had a syncopal episode and threw up. The staff were very kind and helpful to my grandmother and I during the slight chaos, however, Anastasiya was the most cold and dismissive provider I have ever been in the presence of.
