I had very good Service with Dr. Carmen. My only concern is the distance between Macon and the Clinic. I forgot to ask if I can go to my regular Urologist for the Urodynamics test. It is a working day and my wife will not be available to come with me to the clinic.

Easy in and out, no long wait. Dr. Carmen is very knowledgeable and professional and connects with his patients. Most importantly, he's there to help you become better. Great staff!

Gone are the days where doctors/surgeons cared about their patients . Dr Carmen , Im disappointed in your approach to me , Im disappointed in your delivery. It felt rushed , it felt rehearsed, and as Im sitting there looking at you , I can see the arrogance and cockiness when I asked u questions. Your response : IVE BEEN DOING THIS A LONG TIME IM A SURGEON , as if you are the end all be all of surgeons in this world. My advice to you Mr Doctor man , is to look in the mirror and apologize to yourself for losing that side that actually cares and treat your patients with empathy ,something u lacked when talking to me. The nurses were very welcoming, from the front desk to the nurse that took blood from me . Rochelle I believe her name was , she extremely pleasant. I wish she was my doctor . I
