Been Coming Here For 25 Years. I’ve Literally Watched the Place Get Worse. They Used To Be Very Family Oriented They Knew All Of their Clients Well If You Had An Emergency They Would Get You In Right Away. Now It’s Long Hold Time Packed Waiting Rooms I See New Faces With Staff All The Time Now & They Don’t Care About Emergency’s Anymore They Will Make You Wait Until They Have An Open Schedule. Would Love To Find A doctors Office That Treats Families The Way They Once did.

We have been satisfied with most of the providers and staff from this location. This review was prompted by the hospitality we received from front office staff Dee specifically. Her greetings are warm, her manner is polite, and she works thoroughly. She’s on top of the game and Tri County did great choosing her to be the face of the office! Customer service is rare these days not to mention superb customer service. Thank you Dee and thank you to all the staff at Tri County who love and value their work and their patients.

Terrible treatment received from Melissa Griffin: 1.She did not hear what I said and constantly interrupted 2.I asked her to refer to another specialist 3.She did not want to give a prescription for basic medicines (saying that you do not have this house?) 4.My questions answered aggressively and incompetently, very unprofessionally 5.In the end I left by slamming the door so that even my daughter was scared. And her nurse with light hair from the collection of tests is a separate topic for conversation, not to mention that rude also and the analysis can not take from the first time (twice tortured the child)... Be careful!

I have been going to tricounty peds for 2yrs. We started at the Warminster branch, moved to the Huntington valley branch when we moved. Absolutely adored both locations and loved how they were with our boys. Unfortunately due to a scheduling issue we had to choose to move our prescheduled apt to another branch to keep the date or reschedule for January. The apt was a 9mo and 2yr check up for both boys. Moving it to January and potentially having to split the appointments seemed silly so we moved it to the Roosevelt blvd branch. In hindsight we should have just rescheduled. Our apt was for 935am. We arrived by 920am. It was an HOUR passed our apt time before we were even taken back to be seen. Once in the back the nurse did the routine stuff checking height and weight and a finger prick for

It’s really horrible here. Appointment time means the time you come to get checked in, not the time it takes to be seen by the medical personnel . They have you waiting about 1 hour after checking, they know kids can’t sit still and they don’t care. It used to be good like 4 years ago, it’s horrible now. One time I went there and Nurse Practitioner that was supposed to see me was just sitting on her computer with no care in the world. They send your pressure up there and make the kids agitated.
