Tri-County Endodontics: Dr. Jeffrey C. Kotz, DMD

I had to take my mom in for a root canal, and the entire experience was wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Kotz took his time explaining every step of the procedure so I could translate everything clearly for my mom, since English is not her first language. He performed all the tests with great care and patience. My mom was very nervous about the injection, but once the procedure was over, she came out smiling and told me she didn’t feel the shot at all. She mentioned that the doctor administered it very slowly, which made all the difference. The entire procedure was completely painless. We truly cannot thank Dr. Kotz and his team enough for such an amazing and reassuring experience.

I had a root canal performed by Dr. Kotz, and I can honestly say it was a far better experience than I expected. From start to finish, Dr. Kotz was professional, gentle, and clearly very skilled. He explained the procedure thoroughly, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and worked with great precision and care. The entire process was smooth and virtually painless, which really put my mind at ease. I also want to give special thanks to his assistant, Jayden. I was quite nervous going in, but she was incredibly kind, reassuring, and attentive. She checked in with me often, offered calming words, and made sure I felt supported the entire time. Her calm demeanor truly helped ease my anxiety. Together, Dr. Kotz and Jayden make an excellent team. I’m very grateful for the high-quality care

Fresh out of my root canal experience...From the moment I entered the Endodontics Practice today - I felt welcomed. I was afraid because this was my first root canal and I'm old enough to have heard all kinds of scary stories about these things. I wasn't prepared to come out of the office smiling and laughing! Dr. Kotz and his staff are really amazing. They were so kind and understanding about my fears and were gentle through the procedure. I was able listen to music on my playlist through the whole thing and before I knew it - they were done! I'm no longer afraid (but I hope I don't have to do it again). I'm thankful for Tri-Country Endodontics.

Going to the dentist isn't my favorite activity, but my emergency same-day appointment with Dr. Jeffrey Kotz changed that. From check-in to check-out, the experience was excellent. Emilie was professional, caring, and empathetic throughout. Dr. Kotz made me feel comfortable and not just like any other patient. His caring approach and bedside manner are impressive. Amazing visit. I was anxious and had a ton of questions. Everyone was so patient and helpful. The entire process was explained to me and before the procedure started Katie made sure I was comfortable. Dr K was great! Very gentle which was a relief. Highly recommend this amazing team!!
