I have had a wonderful experience here. Was treated well, friendly and knowledgeable staff. After nearly 2 years, dozens of specialists, visiting research hospitals- Dr. Wong diagnosed me with a rare disorder within 3 visits. She was able to refer me to a qualified surgeon. I am extremely impressed with her knowledge and bedside manner. She listened and put together the pieces that dozens of doctors couldn't. Highly recommend her and this clinic.

This was my first colonoscopy at Tri-Cities Digestive Health Center. I'd had two previous ones elsewhere and the experience here was by far so much better than I'd experienced before. From the friendly front desk staff, to the pre-interview nurse, the attending nurses and Dr Boon himself, everyone was friendly and professional. They all took their time to explain everything and answer all my questions. The procedure itself was done quickly upon my arrival. I had no negative experiences or after effects. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely adore Pauline, she makes each visit so easy and less stressful. Kimberly Larsen makes me feel seen and heard, has helped me get on a better regime, and I could not be more appreciative. Dr Boon eases my worries with his knowledge for procedures.
