I had a wonderful experience today at Browning's. Although the store did not have the item I came in for, William was absolutely fantastic in showing me how I could use other items in stock to substitute for the desired item until I can obtain it. I have rarely encountered someone with such a positive and customer-oriented spirit as William. He is such an amazing employee. Thank you, William!!

Zero stars if it would let me. I had an order for a pediatric stander for our son with cerebral palsy. They lied to myself and our therapist and told us our insurance denied it. So I asked for the denial… they failed to provide one. When I called our insurance company they informed us that it was never even submitted, and it was in fact covered. I confronted them about it and was told “well we wouldn’t make any money off of it because it’s a special order fitted for him, so we won’t help you”. I’m disgusted. I was told on 3 different occasions a manager would call me back, which never happened. Every now and then it needs to be about helping and doing what’s best for the patient and not solely about money. With a special needs child and lots of DME in our future I WILL NEVER give them our

Today on July 11 was in this Special Pharmacy to check options and was taken care by Rylee, a young individual that in my opinion run the extra mile in Customer Services and proved to me that he care, by every, question he walked me thu the store showing my options, I recommend Rylee as a Customer Services Store Asociated who will do his best to show a posible solutions. Also thanks the cashier Dacia, very friendly and helpful who recommended me the energy bars. Very poor and expensive service. They charge $750 just to disassemble a bed and they don't move it. I Canceled the service. $750 just to disassemble a bed? Really?
