If I could leave -12 stars I absolutely would. This office used to be wonderful until Dr. Doganay passed away. The remaining partnership do not care about their patients. I left the practice due to poor medical care, prescription to be written & then doc continues to "forget" and now that patients meds are 7 days late. Another time I was really sick and couldn't get into see Dr. Marush. I went to urgent care After my 3rd visit, urgent care said I MUST see my physician. Dr. Marush said I should still go to urgent instead. I said urgent care can't treat me anymore and I need to see the doctor. He begrudgingly saw me, while complaining I was taking too much of his precious time.

I had an appointment at 11:30. I waited OVER AN HOUR for a 20 minute check-up. Most of the nurses and technicians are welcoming and sweet and then there are two women at the front desk that seem to have an attitude and move at their own accord. Instead of skipping over a patient who has showed up late for their appointment, everyone has to wait until that patient is seen. If the doctor was not my mothers primary physician, I would never come here for myself. Also, one time an employee scheduled us to see the doctor while the office was closing up so we were the VERY LAST patients and again everyone is rushing and shutting things down while we're sitting here looking around like soo what do we do. Worst physician experience I have ever had Began with spending 45 minutes dialing, the receptionist would pick up without saying hello and hang up. Eventually on my 5th call and 45 minutes of waiting on the line she picked up, while chewing her breakfast at 10am and put me on hold another several times interrupting me mid-sentence, not once, but every time I would speak. It became so comically horrible my wife and I were laughing at the experience - could be an SNL skit. Finally when I got through I said one second while I get the insurance information she said ok call back later and hung up before I could get a word in. Several hours later I got in touch with another younger receptionist asking that my family member be seen by Dr. D who we were referred to, but they said she isnt availabl

Dr Traube is an excellent Cardiologist. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Only negative is that the office needs to be updated.
