As a new patient i have received professional and prompt, friendly service on every appointment i have had in this office. I also feel my medical needs are listened to. I’m glad i found a great medical group that cares greatly for their patients.

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The front desk staff was unprofessional and dismissive, and basic communication was poorly handled. More concerning, the doctor provided incorrect and conflicting information regarding my care, which caused confusion and unnecessary stress. I had to seek clarification elsewhere to confirm what I was told was inaccurate. Patients rely on medical offices for accurate information and respectful treatment—this office failed on both. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.

This office was unorganized and unprofessional from start to finish. The staff gave incorrect information and showed little concern when questions were asked. Even worse, the doctor provided misleading medical information that I later learned was wrong. That is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Trust and accuracy matter. Unfortunately, this office lacks both.

More concerning, the doctor gave inaccurate and conflicting medical information during my visit. As a patient, I expect clear and correct guidance—especially from a primary care provider. I later had to verify the information elsewhere because it did not add up. Primary care is supposed to be the foundation of a patient’s health. Unfortunately, this office failed to provide accuracy, accountability, or respectful communication. I would not recommend this practice.

The doctor also provided misleading information about refilling a medication I have been on for over a year, which caused unnecessary stress and delays in care. That level of inaccuracy is unacceptable in a primary care setting. Patients deserve reliable medical guidance. This office did not provide it.
