CVS Pharmacy

Issues with refilling my medication. Requested refill through the CVS app and website three (3) times this week with no callback, text message or follow through from the pharmacy staff as to why my order kept disappearing from my app or the website. I call today and wait on hold for 27 minutes for a pharmacy staff member to tell me they've 'been trying to fill the medication' but they get the same response from my insurance company. I explain that I contacted my insurance prior to calling CVS and they needed to run the claim again, the staff member kept insisting it wasn't working until I insisted he run it again, and the claim goes through and is paid by my insurance. Terrible pharmacy. You can't get anyone on the phone. These people don't care about people's health only about their lunch time. Because they were going to lunch they wouldn't even answer my question if a script was ready so I could come back later. The pharmacist seems to be good with people but the others, especially the little old guy that works there, he doesn't care about anyone and can't even be personable. I just hate that my 94 old mother that lives in this neighborhood chooses to do business here. She's not happy with them either but she doesn't have much choice where she can go due to her ability to get around. If you have a choice to go elsewhere I highly advise you do.

My CVS pharmacy folks are wonderful! They know me, calling me by name before I tell them. They always have a smile for me. I love them!

I called to find out why a generic prescription cost almost $400. The pharmacy hung up on me while I was holding. I attempted another call, and no one answered after waiting 10 minutes. Two weeks ago I asked to have my rescue inhaler refilled, and it wasn't. I am switching to another company because I'm tired of the poor customer service.
