Tranquility Massage & Bodywork

The massage was just ok. I had some problem spots I thought might get more focus than they did. I understand I asked for a full body massage, but I filled out a history form for a reason. I think I might give this place another try. The full body massage was good, but maybe I need to have my problem areas focused on a little more. I also did get there at my appointment time, but then she spent another 10 minutes trying to figure out my history and what areas hurt. When the massage was over it was 10-15 minutes early so I never got a full 90 minute massage which was extremely disappointing. I am glad I saw someone else the week before with all the pain I was having. I wasn't even asked if I wanted water when I left. EDIT: Came back to get another massage. Massage was wonderful!!! I came in stressed from work. So tense I couldn’t get my shoulders to relax. Anna was great! She worked through our agreed upon process and focused her energy on areas of high tension. I left feeling like a new man. By far the best massage I have had since moving to Corvallis from Charlotte!

Tranquility massage is a wonderful place to relax and work out the kinks of daily life. Owner Katie is a skilled massage therapist who is easily able to find the knots and sore spots. This place is relaxing without being overbearing. Highly recommend!

The environment was very clean and peaceful! It was my first ever massage and I appreciated how easy the environment was to feel comfortable and relaxed in!! I will definitely go again :)

Excellent massage! I was gifted my first massage with Anne. I had one of the best massages I have ever had. I have CRPS and emotional trauma. Anne is empathetic, well versed in modalities, and trauma informed in her approach. I could not have been happier with her expertise! I could not wait to get my second and I booked it right after my first session. If you have been putting off massage because of your fears.
