Heather was spot on with finding the fascial adhesions and working to melt away at the layers. The whole session, I was able to breathe normally and felt the reach of her work in real time. I was given post session instructions to further recovery and that long term care is invaluable. She has a great personality, allowing us to talk about hip hop era music and allowing me to enjoy the experience as well. We all need human interaction and connection, so having a down to earth & respectful therapist who loves fascia release is a goldmine 🏆.
