Just know that I showed up for my 5pm appt (30 minute cupping) at 4:40 pm. Even Left work early to get here on time. I was told by front desk, to have a seat & Cassandra will come get me. 5:24 I text (no response).5:30 I receive a call from Cassandra. Unfortunately, she explained that she lost track of time, stressful day, at the vet (rambling excuses). Out of frustration, yes I hung up. She called back, did not offer anything for my time & inconvenience! Just an apology & more excuses. I explained to her that never would I have her wait on me & tell her I was too stressed or tied up & therfore couldnt make my appointment *she would be equally irritated* right? So, tranquil experience lacked tranquility, concern, care, professionalism, punctuality and communication.

Started communications with the owner prior to arrival in Bonita Springs for Maycation. Had an idea of what I was looking for, owner was on board and made every effort to make it happen. Went way above and beyond on all accounts. Professional. Thoughtful. GREAT Communicator. Excellent at her profession. Felt better than I'd felt in months to years after the session. She definitely has a passion for what she does! Truly the most caring individual. Spoiled us, for sure. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
