I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time without any proper explanation. What’s the point of making an appointment if patients are not seen on time? On top of that, the service was unprofessional and felt unequal. I noticed others being helped while I was left waiting without updates. It made me feel overlooked and unimportant as a patient. I also tried calling for assistance and was left on hold for more than 30 minutes. That level of communication is unacceptable. Overall, the lack of respect for patients’ time and the poor customer service really need improvement. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and works on treating all patients fairly and professionally.

I was a walk- in, the wait was really long but staff was kind and kept me up to date on how much longer the wait would be. Clinic wasn't full but staff let me know that there were other appointsments before me and that was ok. Thank you to Destiny and Cindy for being super professional and did great jobs for caring for patients. Clinic overall was clean, and had nice soothing music on tv with fishes

I brought my mom here because it was the only place available on the weekends. Though the wait was fairly long for walk-in (which is typical), overall the experience was amazing! Cindy i believe her name was, was excellent and so kind and informative She was also running from patient to patient and still kept a smile on her face! She kept on coming back into our room asking if we were okay or needed anything to drink. She kept us on the loop because there was only one provider on the weekends and there were a lot of patients waiting. I've been to a lot of urgent cares and we will be coming back! Please let Cindy know that she is doing great as what she does! Stellar job.

Staff spent more time walking back and forth from the room than they did with me, then lied on the encounter paperwork saying they spent twenty minutes with me. They didn't get me any accomodations for my comfort while injured, their website keeps trying to make me reset my password and says the password I just set is invalid, despite using a password manager and making sure it was correct. They've had my X-ray results for a few days and despite me calling to set up a phone appointment to get my results they just... Didn't call me? I went there because they were the only place open but I think next time I'll be better off waiting until another urgent care opens. The nurse that I saw briefly was really kind though. So there in person care is always slow like hours past your scheduled appointment is the normal procedure here. You would think maybe a telemedicine appointment would be better nope it’s worst. They simply won’t call you on the day of the appointment. Then charge you like it happened. Totally a sad operation bad thing is I think the nurses try but the management is what kills it. If it’s urgent don’t go here.
