TPMG Williamsburg Family Medicine

I am posting this on behalf of my deaf husband who is a master freelance embalmer licensed in three states. He had an appointment today and was early, only to arrive and he told that the office is closed due to the weather. What happened to common decency and courtesy? I had an emergency call, suddenly fell sick and Williamsburg Family practice TPMG was able to see me quickly and phone in an important medicine in spite of their shortened and fully booked hours. I really appreciate their thoroughness and attentive time since I was really hurting. From the front desk to the nurses and doctor, everyone seemed to care and responded quickly to help me find relief quickly.

My family has had great experiences at the Professional Circle Office. Katie Fowler is a smart, thorough, kind and practical health care provider. She listens and she never makes us feel rushed.

Terrible experience at the TPMG lab to get simple bloodwork. I had to wait 25 minutes in the waiting room after my appointment time. The waiting room was so crowded that I had no place to sit, so I stood for 25 minutes. People ahead of me said they were already late for work because they’d been waiting so long. There was no air circulation in the waiting room and people were coughing everywhere. The room where they do the blood draws had only curtains between patients to so you could hear confidential personal information.

Worked with the nurse practitioner who is very knowledgeable. We are adjusting the medications. She was very collaborative about finding a solution.
