I am a patient of Dr. Ani, a board certified urologist for about 10 years now. Dr. Ani is an excellent urologist that takes the time necessary with each patient to explain thingsin detail. Even when I don't understand all of the medical terminology, he explains them in layman's language that are easily understood. His service and treatments are too good to have an underwhelming office staff. I have a difficult time reaching the office when I call to speak to someone. My calls go to voicemail to leave a message that are sometimes not returned. I will stay with Dr. Ani because of his excellent treatment of his patients and his genuine concern he demonstrates on each office visit.

Was referred here by my PCP. Was seen by Dr. Ani who is great. Unfortunately, the clinic staff isn’t providing insurance with information they need for a prescription that was given to me. I’ve called and chosen the clinical staff option, messages are left and no one calls back. Called before Thanksgiving, got the front desk people who don’t deal with that stuff and she passed it along to the clinical team. When a clinical staff person reached out to me they sounded bothered and the energy I got from them was that they didn’t really care. I told them my insurance sent out information to them for a Prior Authorization request they never responded to and provided a direct number given to me by my insurance to call and provide the information. The in office care is top notch, but I'm having the same issue as many other reviewers: they don't return calls. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get my prescription sorted out. Getting to the point where I'm gonna have to call a different doc and ask this office and insurance for a refund. If you can't staff your office, fix the issue or turn patients away to see another office which can handle the business.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I don’t understand why a company has phones if no one intends to ever answer them? I’ve called 3 times this morning and never was able to talk to anyone because after you sit on hold for all of 15 seconds it asks you to leave a voicemail and says someone will get back with you. However, on my third call when trying to leave a voicemail explaining what I need, it cut me off before I could even leave the full message I needed to leave. All I need is a PIN number to create a patient portal account on behalf of my grandfather so he can keep up with his test results, medicines, etc. Every time I’ve taken him to his appointments the staff inside have been friendly and the appointments tend to go pretty quick, but I’m telling you this phone situation is ridiculou

Garbage! Lied to me twice! Once about calling me, having me go through severe anxiety woth no communication and another time saying nothing they did gave me an allergic reaction! Stay away at all costs
