Very disappointed in the staff and how they treated my wife. My wife said the doctor was wonderful but the staff did not seem like they wanted to be there. Not helpful at all. Not everyone can have compassionate, I guess but working in a doctor’s office you would think a patient should matter. No problem!! She will be finding a new office. If you go to this office do not expect the staff to help you with anything. Just lazy and claim they are busy but all sitting there joking around.

Worst office I have ever been to. The Doctors are great but when it comes to helping you or getting a prior authorization for your medication they do not have the time to help you. They want you to do all the work. Makes you feel unimportant and not valued as a patient. Good luck if you decide to go to this office.

I can already tell that I made the right decision to switch to this office from sentara port Warwick. Everybody in the office are so down to earth. P.A.C Toné Taylor is amazing. She actually spent time with me to find out every issue that I’m having and gave me solutions. The previous doctor I had at sentara was so rush rush, I could never tell her everything that was going on. But this office, I can tell that they actually care about their patients.

I’m definitely happy I changed my PCP to you all. I’m looking forward to being a patient! Toné my PA is soooo amazing. I have referred 4 people to her so far. She’s so down to earth and she listens to me as her patient!!!! Thank you all for amazing care!!!

PA Cook does a great job of listening to her patients and communicating with them to come up with the best treatment plan. She does not have a one size fits all approach. I appreciate her and this practice.
