I was having issues with my wrist acting up more than usual. I sent message on patient portal to Dr. Ahmed which he got back to me very quickly. I got appointment in just 4 days with PA Nesreen Almosadder who was very pleasant and took time with me to figure out what was going on. Dr. Ahmed came in and we all worked out a future plan. I would definitely send friends and family here.

It is extremely challenging to get through on the phone or portal to get help with things like prescriptions and prior authorizations. I have to call multiple times and send multiple portal messages to get anywhere, or go by the office due to lack of response. At least twice this year, this has caused me significant delays in my medication because my prior authorization has not been completed. This of course leads to increased pain and difficulty managing my disease. I do like the provider that I see currently, and I find her to be both knowledgeable and helpful. I am only offered a virtual appointment, and there are times that I would find an in-person appointment to be preferable. There is also significant staff turnover- I have seen at least 4 different providers since I have been going

Kiran is very pleasant. She takes time to ask questions and really makes me feel that I matter. Some doctors are rushing you through an appointment and missing important information that could help your diagnosis.

The staff was very nice today when I web by for my infusion. The nurse was very attentive as usual but more today since the last infusion had to be stopped. Dr. Mizelle always greets with a smile and I admire her knowledge and the caring and compassionate demeanor every time I've seen her. It saddens me that she's leaving TPMG but if it's for personal or family reasons, then I'm happy that she can. TPMG is definitely losing a great doctor.

I was a patient of Dr. Mizelle. Was so sad she left. She was one of a kind and patient oriented. Wonderful and caring.Went for my 6 month checkup recently.Definitely not the same. I feel like just another number.
