All of the staff were friendly and seemed focused. Dr. Yilmaz Anatolian is kind, efficient and took the time to discuss and make recommendations on other health concerns. He is always caring and straight forward. The office seems to consistently run on time.

Staff always very inviting and friendly. They take the time to truly interact with my intellectually disabled son. Dr Chen made me aware she was renewing my son’s seizure meds and she would not need to see him for another year unless issues came up. Yippeee!

I was there for an EMG and the dr who performed it had ZERO personality. She asked was I referred by my doctor, I said yes. She asked was it because of tingling or burning in my feet or legs, I said no, I have nerve pains in back of both my thighs. After asking me to lay on my back, she proceeded to put leeds on my foot without explaining what she was doing. When I asked was it going to hurt, she said not really mumbling something else I couldn’t understand and continued. Other than telling me to point my toes upwards a couple of times because I couldn’t understand her, she repeated it in frustration. I understood when she asked me to change positions, but no other conversation. I wept through some of the shocking. I asked was she going to do more shocks because it was too uncomfortable? S

I LOVE Dr. Anatoli and his staff. From the very first appointment with NP Israel, I felt very safe, and most importantly, listened to! I would highly recommend this office!

Excellent experience on this visit. I arrived a little early for my appointment, and since I had pre-registered, I actually got taken back early. A quick visit, everything addressed, all updates completed, new appointment made, and on my way again. And everyone was so cheerful and pleasant to deal with. First class service, all the way!
