My wife and I went in today to pick up the ring sensor devices for our at-home sleep study, to evaluate us for sleep apnea. Lilly did an excellent job at reviewing the process, linking each device to our app, and was professional. The front office lady not so much. There was no one behind us, waiting to check in, so not sure why she was so terse with us. We seemed to be annoying her that we weren’t moving away from her desk quickly enough. After updating our information, she said, and repeated not 7-10 seconds later, something to the effect of “you’re all set, I’ll let them know you’re here“. The second time with a bit of irritation in her voice. Now, I’m a retired surgeon, my wife and I are “youngish” 65-year-olds, and have no issue with our hearing, or our ability to move quickly. M

My PFT test and CT of my lungs went very smoothly. Both tech were very professional. The PFT tech helped me through a rough experience because of my breathing issues. SHE in particular was very caring. The receptionist, also, were a big help to me. She explained the process of how both tests were to be performed. I would definitely recommend TPMzG Lung and Sleep Soecialists at the Newport News office to my friends and church associates. Thank you!!

Mary Scaggs is AMAZING!!!! She is engaged, thorough and very sensitive to the needs of her patients. I feel like I’m the only patient in the building when I see her. She takes the time to listen to me and then gives me very helpful feedback. I feel like she is GENUINELY concerned with my sleep issues. I wouldn’t see anyone else!

Less than 5 minutes of arrival I was in a waiting room with a nurse for pre exam. . Dr Peterson entered within 15 minutes, she knew everything in my chart, very attentive to my personal health. Took actions to ensure my needs are met.

Doctors never rushed, minimal wait time, office staff friendly and knowledgeable, offices clean and organized. Every visit the providers ask us how they can help and then really listen to patients and caregivers. We leave every appointment feeling like they care and that they are competent to fulfill our needs.
