The care Dr. Palumbo provides is extraordinary. She listens genuinely and explains things in detail without being patronizing or pushy. She is well-educated and offers a slightly more holistic approach that is still utilizing modern medicine. I was hoping I’d find a doctor like her here and I feel lucky, my son and I both see her. I have left other offices feeling uneasy and anxious and I always leave here feeling like I’ve gained knowledge and hope toward resolving any issues I’ve discussed. The entire staff has always been kind and friendly to myself and my son, to include the nurses. We never feel rushed here either. Thank you!

I've been with this practice since 2007, nearly two decades, but since Dr. Putland retired, it has become a nightmare. It feels like no one cares anymore. In the past two years, we've had three different doctors. My 70-year-old mother, who has been a patient here as long as I have, faces the same issues. Each month, we struggle to get her prescriptions refilled. Despite expressing my concerns, there is no follow-up or returned calls. I'm not trying to be difficult; I just want our medications refilled on time. My mother needs her blood pressure medication daily, and we often wait days for refills.Additionally, I've experienced numbness in my fingertips for months, and when I mentioned this to my doctor, I was told to use a different pillow instead of being referred to a specialist or havin

Jennifer Ware is an awesome doctor! I arrived super early and was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time. She was so nice and made my experience a great one. The stuff at the front that I encountered were also very friendly. And the girl that took my blood pressure and did my pre-visit was super sweet. I’m super happy that I chose this place I have not been to the doctor in over 20 years and. I will not hesitate to go back now :-) thank you and your team for making this a great experience for me

I am new to the practice but the staff are always really friendly. I chose Jennifer Ware as my PCP and I must say I am extremely impressed with her. From day one I was comfortable discussing my concerns with her and she is top notch when it comes to completing documents that I needed for short term disability. She would literally receive documents to fill out and return it all the same day. She also provided referrals for my current condition, within 2 weeks, I was seeing those specialist, and being treated. I am so glad that I chose her to be my doctor and I look forward to my health journey with her. Thank you Dr. Ware, for making sure to be warm and attentive and prioritizing my health, especially as a new patient.

Dr. Albert is fantastic. He is patient, attentive and knowledgeable. My entire family are now seen by Dr. Albert and they all think he’s awesome. His nurses are always kind and efficient. The front desk staff is amazing. Highly recommend this practice.
