While we were there, it was fine. Dr Soni is wonderful, however, we never get a response from the patient portal or left voice mail messages. Appointments will be changed without notification. We took a needed form two months before deadline of needing it and no one would tell me what was going on with it. I had to physically go to the office to find out. And the person sitting to the side of the check in never offered to help-an employee passing the desk said someone would be with me eventually. Turns out the person sitting there was the office manager! It explains a lot of the issues with this office staff.

I was pleased with Dr. Ahmed and the majority of his staff, but the young ladys the heck out was not very attentive and I was very disappointed in the testing she set up for me. I can have my stress test on 11/10/25, but my echocardiogram won’t be done until February. I’m a retired RN who worked 44 years and have had several of these tests before and never had to wait this long!

If I could give zero stars I would ! The Dr’s here are great, but the office manager for this office is very rude and disrespectful! No mannerisms! I have now been to this office THREE different times and not been seen due to this lack of communication on their part ! I even sat in waiting room for 45 minutes one day before being told i couldn’t be seen!! Today i go and told that there is no dr or NP yet the was ZERO communication to me prior to! Even got a check in email from them! So when i asked to speak to manager she came up front and from start approached with a very rude attitude and demeanor! If you are looking for a good Cardiologist Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Soni are wonderful but the management is to be desired for sure!!!!!!!

On time! Very affable and capable technician. Very professional and discrete. Clean and they had warm sonogram gel. Made an echocardiogram an easy procedure.

I felt so comfortable to day at my appointment. I really appreciate the way the doctor explained everything about my procedure they will be performing on October 27,2025
