TPMG Gastroenterology - Williamsburg

This entire team of nurses and Dr. Jones are wonderful. From Nurse Lambert, who consulted with me, to the Nurse who prepped me for my procedure, to the Nurse Anesthetist, to the Assisting Nurse to Dr. Jones. They were all caring, informative, competent and professional. Dr. Jones was attentive and patient and listened to my concerns. Afterwards, she clearly explained her findings and instructions. While I was very anxious, I am very grateful and appreciative to have had such an awesome team be there for me. I highly recommend.

Dr. Jones is exactly what you what would want in a physician. She is very competent, skilled, thorough and experienced and she graces all of this with a warm and friendly care and concern for her patients. I am so fortunate that she is caring for my medical needs and highly recommend her to anyone in need of her care. The five star rating l gave Dr. Jones is well earned and well deserved. Additionally, her office staff compliments her so well. They too, are competent and professional as well as warm and friendly and are very welcoming to the Doctor’s patients. My visit was a very good experience all around.

I arrived on time and the receptionist was very courteous and efficient. I was seen almost immediately and again, the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Jones then came in a few minutes later. She is an excellent physician who takes the time to understand my concerns. Her solutions were very helpful and I have the greatest respect for her as a physician.

Highly recommend this place. The staff, nurses, and providers are very kind and professional. I appreciate their patience, expertise, and knowledge. Dr. Jones listens carefully and responds thoughtfully. After looking at my medical record and ordering additional test, she helped resolve issues I've had for a long time. Thanks! I feel very confident being under her care.

Staff— (everyone from the person answering the phone to the person, checking me in and out & especially patient care) were all excellent, kind, & helpful. Dr. Jones is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful, and understanding. She is empathetic and took time to listen to all of my concerns and reassured me.
