Dr. Eisner is an excellent doctor, however, the staff never answers and/ or returns phone calls with the results of your colonoscopy. I left several voicemails a week ago. Seriously how long does it take to give the results?

I'd give less if allowed. Their policy is they won't see you if you've seen another Dr in the last 12 months. My dr is an hour away, and its hard for me to make it there now. So I guess they want people to wait while I pain and sick. They did me a favor the lack of being caring humans before you're even in the office is ridiculous. So I'll at least give them that.

Great people, professional, make you feel comfortable, and they have a sense of humor while being serious definitely recommend people going there such a wonderful group of employees

I had a screening colonoscopy, and although the procedure is not something you look forward to the staff is GREAT at putting you at ease! Everyone I encountered, Tracey, Sophia, Carl, Debbie, and Dr. Eisner all helped make me feel comfortable about the procedure. You can tell they all enjoy their job, and it shows in the care they provide. I have a hard time waking up, but no one here made me feel rushed (issues I have had other places. I can hear you, I just can't move, and some of the comments were just ugly. ) Here they kept telling me to take my time and kept checking to make sure I was good. Their instructions for after care were clear and easy to understand, but they are very patient if you have questions. I HIGHLY recommend them!

My first experience here I waited for over an hour after my appointment time to see Dr. McFather. This was after being told to arrive 20 minutes early. There was no apology or explanation for the tardiness when the doctor entered the room, but she did take the time to listen to my concerns and refer me for an ultrasound. I later received a bill for a copay amount which I had already paid prior to my appointment. The thing that upset me most was that I didn’t receive any follow up call from the doctor regarding my results and had to email and call several times before getting in contact with the doctor. Her response about my options post ultrasound felt uncaring, she basically said you can either do medication or surgery and that’s it. This was all communicated through messages in the patie
