Dr. Taylor is truly one of a kind. He’s so patient, kind, and genuinely caring. He never rushes through appointments; he takes his time to listen, understand, and make sure I feel heard. He doesn’t just treat symptoms; he really cares about how I’m doing overall. What I really appreciate is how he offers support and different options instead of just pushing medication. He’s understanding, respectful of my choices, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. He even remembers details about my family—my brothers, my granddaughter, which shows how much he values his patients as people, not just appointments on a schedule. He’s personable, easy to talk to, and makes every visit feel comfortable and encouraging. You can tell he truly loves what he does and cares deeply about the people

While being in office is great and they answer all questions and listen throughly. I can’t help but feel agitated at the tpmg portal. You send a message and almost never hear back. I’ve sent two. One back in August asking if I should be seen for an eye issue. Nothing. And one in September about a prescription. Again nothing. Most recently sent one following up on both and what I should do. Was about a few days to a week ago now almost. Why have it if they’re not going to respond? Last time I was in office was told they’re three weeks behind on notes, etc. I’m not asking for asap responses but months in between? That seems a bit much to just accept in my opinion

I’ve been on hold for over 38 minutes trying to get my husbands appointment rescheduled. I’m sure we will be charged a no show fee, I’ve tried every option 1-3 and 0 and still no answer on any.

Don't come here if you have hypogonadism or related endocrinological disorders, they won't diagnose it for what I have to assume is political reasons and will have you go to a related endocrinologist who will be booked months out because he's the only one in town. What in Charlottesville took two visits and a week is taking me three months. They will also have you sign a contract prohibiting going to other GPs for this issue and submit to random drug testing. I understand that they want to stop people from drug shopping, but my levels are low enough that I'd be surprised if they've seen lower. Why is it that I have to wait and suffer the effects of my condition for a quarter-year instead of receiving TRT and then visiting the endo? The doctors there are wonderful, I love the nursing staf

I have been coming to this office for the past two years, almost 3, and I have been impressed every single time! From scheduling the appointment with the lovely assistance of Ladies at the front desk to the amazing nurse checking me in And taking my vitals all the way to Dr. Taylor his self! I am always treated with the utmost respect and care! If they are unable to do something They are always looking for another way to help! Everyone in this office is always smile and kind. That is a very big rarity these days. It reassures me that I have picked the right office for me. Dr. Taylor is the definition of patient care! He always remembers details from each visit, congratulating me on my accomplishments, big or small! I even brought my son to be one of his patients and the level of Care only
