TPMG City Center Family Medicine

I have been seeing Dr. hiotellis since 2019. He is amazing! He is the first doctor who was willing to prescribe a certain medicine to see if it could help with my TMJD I haven’t seen him directly for a few years now until today, as he is always so booked so I’ve normally just chosen someone else at his practice. His bedside manner is unmatched. I had to bring my 2 young kids with me and he chatted with them some, which they LOVED. He goes over my bloodwork in depth and is quick to do whatever is needed with any possible concerns. I always feel heard and not just brushed off. He truly is amazing! There are not many family doctors like him anymore…You can’t go wrong with anyone in his practice. The front desk is also super friendly and helpful. ☺️

I'm very happy that I started my journey with Dr Matthew Ray about 6 months ago. The entire staff has been very kind and Dr Ray is extremely patient with my questions and concerns. He's very attentive to even the smallest things I like that. I speak of him often to my husband now he's considering making an appointments.

Amazing staff and providers ! We love Dr Hiotellis and all the staff there. The nurse who draws the labs is amazing ! I am a hard stick and she never has an issue . She is also very sweet and makes you feel at ease. I wish I remembered her name , but I love her!

Excellent staff with a terrific doctor. Dr. Hiotellis is a wonderful family physician! He takes the time to explain things and answers any questions in clear, concise English! So glad that I found him after moving here from New Jersey several years ago. There, I had the same great family physician for the previous 25 years and I never expected to strike gold twice!

New patient, and I was called back to see Dr Ray shortly after my arrival, my scheduled appointment was in a very timely manner. Everyone from Dr Ray to the entire staff were very friendly , very helpful and professional. A very positive experience 😊
